The Museums for All Field Trip Program is designed to reach schools and non-profit organizations that serve economically disadvantaged children and families.
Qualifying organizations must show proof that at least 50% of the children and families they serve are economically disadvantaged and/or receive free or reduced lunches as part of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

-Discounted admission rate of $3 per child.
-Visits must take place between July-March.
-All chaperones are free, with a required 1:8 adult to child ratio.
-Minimum group size of 10 children. Maximum group size of 100 children.
-Reservations required at least 2 weeks in advance.
-Must requalify each year.
To enroll in the Museums for All Field Trip Program, complete and submit this form and be prepared to prove documentation of eligibility. You will be contacted within 3-5 business days of your application via email requesting your documentation of eligibility. Once proof is provided you will be notified of acceptance to the program by email after your application is reviewed.
Please be prepared to share the following:
-Proof of status as a non-profit or government agency
-Description of constituency showing that at least 50% of the children and families are economically disadvantaged.
-Documentation of 50% or higher enrollment in the Title I Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
Participants must re-apply each year. The policy and prices are subject to change without notice.
The process time from application to acceptance can be 1-2 weeks. Please plan accordingly. Reservations made at full price can be updated to the Museums for All Field Trip pricing up to the day prior to your visit.
